I am one of the person who has booked two plots in the venture Airporthills, Vizag (near Atchutapuram) from Sai Lakshmi Township, Vizag (http://sailakshmirealtors.com/), who's Managing Director is Mr. Surya Narayana Reddy.
We have booked the plots back in August 2008 and we were promised to register our plots by Jan 2009. When we notified the staff of Sai Lakshmi that we are coming to India in Feb 2009 to get our registration done and also we have a date to get the registration done, the registration was not done. We were promised to get the registration done in a week's time. We are waiting since then till now for our registration. After a great deal of followups, we got one plot registred in June 2009. The second one is still pending.
Currently I am in touch with the company's MD Mr. Suryanarayana Reddy on 9603186838 and 9959915787 since almost an year now. He always promises to get the issue resolved in 15 - 20 days but evrytime comes up with a new reason for not keeping his promise. He first gave a target date as End of Sept 2010 and then postponed it to 15th Oct 2010 and then to End of Oct 2010 then end of Nov 2010, finally before the new year 2011. But even today, my problem is still standing at the same place.
I am writing this blog to see if any more people are facing the same problem with this Sai Lakshmi Township. Please get in touch with me on this blog with your details where I can send a mail to you. I want to fight as a group now instead of fighting alone.
Also, if anyone has faced similar problems in the past and succeded in resolving the issue, please suggest any plan of action to tackle this matter.

ReplyDeleteI bought a plot from this guy suryanarayana reddy 4 years back, paid full amount but even after several follow up's he never registered. Same thing every time we ask him he says it will be done in 2 weeks time but nothing happens after that.
I lost all the patients and went to consumer court after a steady follow up now the court has issued a arrest warrent on him.
Lets see what happens now.

I booked for one plot in Aug 2008 by paying 1.5L and given a dead line by Jan 2009. At that time they told they will provide loan with DHFC bank. Airport was not confirmed there, so i keep on delaying and dragged till Jun 2009. I told them I am not willing to pay the remaining, so asked them to sell to someone on commission basis. As they know that no one will forward to buy the plot in dry land, so they asked me to first register that plot on your name then we will sell that plot to others. I dont know whether it is my fate or fact, the DHFC stopped giving loans on land. So again I keep on dragging till Apr 2011.
Now listen some interesting facts.
1. Mr N. SuryaNarayana Reddy has sold the Layout to Koneru Raghavendra Rao in Jan 2011.
2. Surya Narayana Reddy has spend most of the amount to PRP(Chirajeevi Party) and faced lots of financial problems, so he sold. And I heard now he is in jail now because of some fraud cases.
3. New Landlord KRR has given a grand party at Airport Hills.
From the last 3 months I was getting calls from the mediater regarding the registration. He is talking like "If you dont want to loose your amount 1.5L , pay the remaining amount and get it registered, else the new person will sell the land to some one". Since you have paid the amount to NSR, you wont get any money as he is in jail now. So I am planning to get it registered by Aug 2011.
I had taken the land @2450/sqyard. Please let me know/help me if any one can on this.

Hello Folks - I never checked anything online regarding this firm/person. I am quite surprised to see this blog. Unfortunately, I am in the same boat as you are.
ReplyDeleteIn Dec 2007, I purchased 4 plots (200 sq yards each) in Tycoon valley Visakhapatnam project, from the same person and paid about 90% of the total amount (17 lacs approx.). He promised to register the plot in less than 2 months that time. He never registered the plot in my name.
After several follow ups by my Father/Brother (as I am not in India), he gave us a post dated check for 20 lacs. We presented the check upon it's due date. But, the check was dishonored due to insufficient funds. We filed a criminal case against this person in Visakhapatnam magistrate court. In March 2010, I went to India to attend the court in Visakhapatnam. He used to attend court occasionally that time (mostly he would give some medical reason for not showing up) . Later, he stopped showing up in the court completely. A warrant is out for him. But he is absconding and hasn't been arrested (I don't think he is in the Jail as Mr. Venugopal mentioned). This is in reference to your blog above. I too am facing the problem of land fraud and grabbing. My story goes like this:
My name is Rashmi Joshi. I am a native of Delhi. However, due to housing problem, my family and I are constantly shifting our house which we seek on rent.
These days I am residing in Nodia (UP). Earlier, I owned my own house in South Patel Nagar (Delhi). However, due to certain circumstance we sold our property at Patel Nagar and went to Hyderabad. There I bought a piece of land in Vizag in the year 2008 from Mr. Suryanarayan Reddy. We paid him Rs. 13 lakhs plus a registry amount of Rs. 50, 000 against which Mr. Reddy promised to hand over the registration papers within three days. Since then so many years have passed but no signs of his reply.
I filed a case of Land Fraud against Mr. Reddy for Land Grabbing and Cheating in the year 2015. The case was being handled by lawyer Mr. Ashok Kumar.
This is after getting exhausted, I'm writing to you. My case which was in the hands of Lawyer Mr. Ashok Kumar has finally replied that as the land was grabbed by the POLITICIAN he is finding it difficult to solve this case and hence has backed out.
Mr. Reddy promised to get the registration done in a week's time. I am waiting since then till now for my registration. He never registered the plot in my name.
